Urgent repairs to be carried to 500 KVA, 415 V, 03-phase copper wound voltage stabilizer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Vodhpora and providing of consumable items and tools for various Lift Irrigation Scheme of MISD Handwara.

Isolating the voltage stabilizer by way of disconnecting the supply mains and dismantling the internal connections and dragging voltage stabilizer to the loading site and shifting in private load carrier to workshop for repairs. Shifting back stabilizer to site after proper repairs in private load carrier, installing and testing on full load.

Dismantling of 415 Volt, 03-phase voltage stabilizer by way of opening top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing of all incoming and outgoing connections of stabilizer and taking out core assembly out of tank, taking out damaged copper legs after removal of core etc. The job includes draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling.

Rewinding burnt/damaged windings of voltage stabilizer coil assembly using superior quality copper wire of proper gauge as per requirement with superior insulation (02limbs @ 80 kg approx./ limb= 160 kg approx.) including allied jobs such as varnishing, drying etc. The actual weight of coil shall be done after dismantling of limb at workshop.

Providing and fitting of (size 18’×18’) Bakelite type, 3-phase, rating voltage regulator switch gear. The job includes reconnecting of tapping connection provided from all three coils/legs so as to boost output voltage in ascending order from step one to five and utilizing other allied material.

Assembling of all parts of 03-phase voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connection and refilling of old drained out T-oil.

Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil of approved grade for topping of stablisers, starters and transformers etc at varioius Lift Irrigation Schemes.

Deduct the cost of copper scrap at the rate of 80% of weight at item no. 03

Providing of Double ended spanner (06 to 32) of Taparia make or equivalent.

Providing of Double ended chrome plated ring spanner set(06 to 32) of Taparia make or equivalent.

Providing of 450 cc heavy duty grease gun lever type of Taparia make or equivalent.

Providing of Screw driver set (2 in 1) of Taparia make or equivalent.

Providing and fitting of palmetto packing of assorted size

Providing and fitting of analog type voltmeter having range from 0-500 V fo of AE/Risabh/ or equivalent make for various Lift Irrigation Schemes.

providing and fitting of rubber washers of different sizes .

providing of nuts and bolts (screwed fasteners)of assorted size including coupling bolts .

providing ofportable lighting LED lantern with twin charging mode---- charging cable and solar panel (make syska/andslite philips, Bajaj)

Providing and fitting of spare rubber tyre for tyre coupling element of (TC-09,14,15,16.17,18) -------20 no.
