Earthwork in Excavation: Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil including ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Back Filling excavated soil.: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying & Filling-Sand: Supplying and filling in plinth with approved quality of sand under floors, foundations, trenches etc. as directed including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

P& L of P.C.C. (1:4:8): Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

P& L of R.C.C (1:1.5:3)- up to PL: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

P& L of R.C.C (1:1.5:3)- above PL: Reinforced cement concrete work in columns, beams, floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, staircases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

P& L of steel reinforcement: Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - for all works-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500/500D.

Shuttering- foundations, footing: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Shuttering- columns, pillars: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Shutterings-lintels, beams: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Shuttering- roofs, landings: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Fly ash brick masonry work-below PL: Brick work with fly ash bricks , class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation up to plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

Fly ash brick masonry- above PL: Brick work with fly ash bricks, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

Providing15mm CP (1:6): Providing 15 mm thick Cement Plaster in coarse sand of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing12mm CP (1:6): Providing 12 mm thick Cement Plaster in coarse sand of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing 6 mm CP (1:3): Providing 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Grading plaster 20mm thick (1:6): 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

P/F M.S. sheet door: Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete like locking arrangement & handle on both sides, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. (i) Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Acrylic distempering work: Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including priming coat : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exte: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with enamel paint: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
