Dismantling/taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to stores for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

Material and labour only for repair/replacement of unserviceable electrical fitting and fixture and emergent fault rectification in electrical circuit including no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break mains /sub mains/internal circuits of existing system of main building / block ,making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make system in order / functional by replacing, copper cable, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire complete all as specified and directed.as reqd at site by Engineer-in-Charge.
