Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks with E&B and BLB as met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , camber, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes ,dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lead, lift and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORD specifications , Clause 1600,1603.1,1603.2 (For Improvement).

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1

Excavation in Cutting in all type of Soil and rock by manual means with lead up to 50 M for carrying of cut earth to embankment ( Half cut and half fill ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014. For making damaged Super elevation .

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Excavation in foundation for structures in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials,labour, T&P,Royalty etc required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary laid dry including bond stones, supply of all materials, labour,T&P & Royalty etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P , royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work , as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per PWD specifications 8.90

HP stone filling in back of structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Cement plum masonry Block For Protection with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crate with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and techniacal specification 1301

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete M-20 (1:2:4) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause (water way)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete M-10 (1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading-3…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces trated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

20 mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using Bitumen Emulsion by using manual means as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2

Providing and laying seal coat by Bitumen as binder for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014 (Bitumen VG-10)

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade 5th kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing , directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. (precast).

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per IRC/ MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of Reference Pillars , of length 300 mm, width 300 mm and height 400 mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.3 of MORD specifications for rural roads.

The Maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping regarding, deeping of side drains as well as catch water drains as per technical specification clause 1907.
