Excavation of trenches in Hard/dense soil of required width for laying of GI pipes, cables and retrieving the existing cables etc., including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, suitable depth including getting out the excavated soil and the returning the soil including consolidating each deposit layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed by engineer in charge and complete all labour and material

Cutting and removing the old Tar macadam including W.B.M surface/road including soiling material etc. and dispose the debris to a lead of 50 mtrs. Stacking the useful material complete as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fabrication of steel by using suitable flats, angles, channels of required sizes to provide required cross arms, back clamps, support clamps, frames including cutting, bolting, riveting, drilling, welding etc. including providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base/pole concreting, road cutting etc. as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and Laying / clamping of 110 mm dia HDPE pipe of PE 100 Grade confirms to ISI in the existing in trench complete as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material. Make: Tulasi / Sudhakar / Nandi

Supply and Providing, earth station using 2.5 meters long, 80 mm C.I pipe. Duly perforated with suitable PCC Cover to the pit with alternate layers of coal and charcoal complete as per IS 3043 as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and material

Supplying, fixing, connecting and commissioning of 50 X 6 MM GI earth strip in recess/surface/clamped to wall/through PCC etc., from earth to switch gear/equipment including connecting the same at both ends as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and material.

Providing and fixing G.I tublar gate (double shutters) with 40 mm dia, G.I. pipe and specials including diagonal pipes and frame welded to approved weld mesh of 75 x 25 mm size (3.15 mm x 5 mm dia) including painting with one priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade (total three coats) etc., with locking arrangement, necessary MS flats, iron pintels etc., including fixing in CC bed block as directed with 12 mm dia, bolts and nuts, washers etc., as required complete with all material, tools tackles as directed by Engineer- in- charge

Supplying and fixing galvanized steel chain link mesh of 50 mm x 50 mm openings and 10 gauge as per IS 2721-1979 including bending, tying with G.I. wire / welding etc., as directed by the EIC complete with all material, tools tackles as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Providing random rubble masonry with C.M 1:5 in plinth and foundations including necessary dressed stones at corners and junctions, curing etc., complete. All labour and materials.

Providing plastering with CM 1:6, 12 mm thick including raking out joints, cleaning the surface, curing etc., complete all labour and materials

Transportation and erection of 4 to 6 Mtr. S/H B G Rail poles in the existing trench duly welded with base plate to provide barricade the 11 KV switch yard as directed by Engr. I/c including all labour tools, tackles transportation loading and un loading. Note: Rail Pole will be supplied by VPA at free of cost.

Disconnecting , Dismantling and Removal of HT panel without any damage and to handover to E/M or General stores including loading , unloading and transportation as directed by Engr. I/c

Disconnecting , Dismantling and Removal of LT panel consisting of 13 cubicles without any damage and to handover to E/M or General stores including loading , unloading and transportation as directed by Engr. I/c

Dismantling of existing 2 pole / 4 pole structure duly removing of pin / disc insulators, busbar jumpers, channels. Cross bracings etc., and to handover to E/M or General stores including loading , unloading and transportation as directed by Engr. I/c

Removal of existing B.G. rail pole/ Tubular pole / spun pole duly breaking the coping and base PCC, excavating the earth upto 0.5mts depth from the ground level cutting the pole refilling the excavated earth and making the surface good to match the surroundings, returning the removed pole to E/M section stores /general stores as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material

Foundation and erection charges with special T&P, for RMU’s duly providing foundation bolts with nuts with M20 CC work vibrated concreting mixing with necessary steel (20kgs) reinforcement, including excavation of earth complete with all materials labour tools and tackles as directed by Engr.I/c.
