M&L for preparing plastered/putty surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints or equivalent of Berger/Nerolac) with automatic air less spayer over a coat of putty over a coat of exterior primer after complete removal of existing treatment by scapping with mechanical with sand paper (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paints etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of scaffolding upto three storey building height shall be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for removing the Vegetation/ plant on roof/ wall in any position put the chemical to burn the roots of plant and repair with brick work & plastering in CM (1:3) and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For writing building Number/ quater number on wall over 30 cm dia black paint base , and writing letters or figures ( Block, Roman, or Indian ) 10 cm high in white colour paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for provided half round glazed concrete tiles / manglore roof tiles over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over sloped roof including dismantling of existing roof tiles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of roof terracing, cement mortar, brick padding, concrete (un-reinforced) alongwith existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all loose dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, haunching, coping, curved filllet and similar works of over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg of cement over concrete roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of Water Proofing Compound Shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for providing polymer based waterproofing membrane (IWL Hyperplas Polyster manufactured by IWL, Super Thermolay manufactured by STP Limited, Torch Shield AP manufactured by Pidilite Industries) minimum weighing 3.50 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 Grams per sqm) laid by forced torch application having minimum 10 cm end laps both ways, over and including polymeric primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm and polymeric modified bitumen @ 1.20 Kg per square metre after cleaning of roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Aluminium paint @ 200 Gram per Sqm, on APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (a)Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender. (b) Materials not included in sch of credit and debris from the dismantling having lowest value/Nil value shall be the property of department. The same shall be removed/ disposed or deposited by the contractor in MES stores yard of GE (West) Bareilly as directed for which no additional payment shall be made. The contracotor shall be fully responsible to safe guard these materials against losses/theft/deterioration etc till the same are deposited by him in MES Store yard (c) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office of AGE B/R for collection of complaints raised by user on regular basis and same has to be rectified /completed on requirement basis. If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of 7 days (maximum), the penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint. (d) The above aspects shall be borne in mind by the tenderer while quoting the rates. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the above aspects.
