Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) on walls, cornices, etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab over and including 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course, including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including PCC and cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid on vertical surfaces of skirting/dado, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35 mm thick, second class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commrcial veneering on both faces ace, size of rails and stiles as per IS 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemical pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of IInd class (hollock) factory made 35mm thick glazed skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. with sizes of members of shutters as specified in para 8.24(a) of SSR 2009 (Part I), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube & edges will be painted to match with printed sheets fixed with holdfast by nut bolt system complete all as specified and directed.
