RequiredWork Done Satisfactorily certificate of Security Manpower Services in Highly Sensitive places like Mysore Palace, Raj Bhavan, Vidhana Soudha, Airport, DFRL, CFTRI, BEML, RBI etc., for Value of Rs.142.93 Lakhs and minimum 52 members manpower in a year.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of Karnataka Public Procurement Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The Tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement /commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and compete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

Within 20 days of the receipt of letter of acceptance the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer the security deposit

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of BG /DD /FDR in the name of the Deputy Director, Mysore Palace Board, Mysore

The bidders should have provided similar services to provide minimum 52 Manpower in single unit and at least one work for the amount not less than 158.40 Lakhs to Government Departments or Govt. Authorities continuously for at least one year during the last five financial years. Performance certificate along with labour license Form VI from these organizations shall be furnished

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are nodamages to such public/ private properties by their employees

The Bidder shall possess GST registration certificate the necessary document issued by competent authority shall be uploaded

The Bidder should have provided Manpower services in highly sensitive places like Mysore Palace, Raj Bhavan, Vidhana Soudha, Airport, DFRL, CFTRI, BEML, RBI etc., and done at least one work for the amount not less than Rs. 142.93 Lakhs per year and should have at least branch office situated in Karnataka

The bidder should possess Main or Branch office in Karnataka andproduce the document for the same. (Trade license)

The bidder should upload work done satisfactory certificate. Work order will not be accepted

The agency should provide all amenities to his personnel such as Identity card/ badges, 2 sets of Uniforms, Name badge, Rain Coat & Umbrella etc., the cost for such amenities will be paid by MPB as detailed in annexure-5

The bidder should give washing allowance of Rs.300/- per month.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Deputy Director reserves the right to verify the documents before approval

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Bidder should upload only required documents, uploading more irrelevant documents leads to rejection of tender

The bidder should be ISO 9001 certified for Manpower Supply Agency

The bidder should be registered firm with P.F., ESI, P.T and with contract Licenses (as applicable) etc from Labour / Concerned Department.

The bidder should upload ESI payment details along with challan from April-2022 to September-2025

The bidder should upload EPF payment details along with challan from April-2022 to September-2025

The bidder should upload PT payment details along with challan from April-2022 to September-2025

The bidder should upload GST payment details along with GSTR-3B from April-2022 to September-2025

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government /authorities/PSUs. The bidder should be furnished self-declaration in this regard as per Annexure-1

The Bidder should upload the Declaration of Acceptance of Terms & Conditions in RFQ as per Annexure-2.

The Bidder should upload the non-conviction certificate issued by Labour Department as per Annexure-3. This certificate should not be older than 3 months

The Bidder should upload the Bidders Particulars as per Annexure-4.

The Bidder should provide Bankers Certificate of Rs.53.60 Lakhs from any Nationalized Bank as per Annexure-6.

The intending Contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Notification and Tender Document.

Further Particulars if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Deputy Director, Mysore Palace Board, Mysore during office hours on all working days.
