Construction of 132 KV S.C. Bisalpur-Bisalpur TSS 2 Phase Transmission Line on D.C. Towers on Turnkey basis alongwith Materials and Associated Works with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Transportation of Materials required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :

Fabrication, Galvanizing, Inspection and Supply of 132 KV DC Tower including Stub, Extension and Stub Setting Templates, Gantry Structure as per drawings & BOM

Hot dip galvanized, Hexagon round hexagon head Transmission Tower Bolts Nuts and Washer for above Structures as per BOM.

Transportation of ACSR Panther Conductor, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire etc from designated Sub Stations in Bareilly/Pilibhit or any place/other District (Approx. upto 100 Km Distance) to Line Site, Line Site to Line Site as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.

Erection of Super Structures of 132KV Towers, their Extensions wherever Required including all Work above Ground Level with Proper Fixing & Tightening of all Tower Parts including Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. but Excluding the Hoisting of Insulators, Fixing of Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc.

Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 2nd Section of the Towers from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & Finally, Applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the Affected Surfaces.

Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping, Jointing etc. of 7/10 SWG Earth Wire including Fitting of all Necessary Hardware and Accessories i.e. Tension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc.

Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping, Jointing etc. of 2 Ø ACSR Panther Conductor including Hoisting of Insulators, Fittinng of all Necessary Hardware and Accessories i.e. Fitttings, Armour Rods, Vibration Dampers etc.

Earthing Work including Earth Work etc. for Pipe type Earthing of new Section Towers including Cost of Coke, Salt etc., but Excluding Cost of Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set. (1 Job per Tower)

Cutting of Following sizes various types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Range of Corridor of the said 132KV Line to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees :

Trees having Girth between 0.5 - 1.0 Meter

Trees having Girth between 1.0 - 2.0 Meter

Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Range of Corridor of the said 132KV Line to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees.
