Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder agrees and abides for all the terms and conditions, specifications in the tender document layed down by KOMUL Trust for the service of each or all the items in the e-Procurement portal

The tenderer should furnish the financial status of the organization for the last three years (premium, claims settlement, profitability etc) and also the IRDA Registration number to be quoted along with the tender

The insurance Company, which is registered with the Insurance regulatory authority, only will be considered for evaluation. The insurance brokers are not qualified to participate in the process.

SERVICERS RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY BID, TO REJECT ANY OR ALL THE BIDS A Tender Accepting Authority reserves the right to accept the lowest or any tender or to assign any reason for not accepting any tender B The authority competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to negotiate with the successful tenderers offering the tenders by calling for their lowest rates and then to finalize the Tender. C Any item can be deleted from the list of tender without giving any reasons or notice. The Earnest Money Deposit as mentioned in Annexure - A of Technical Bid and Tender Processing Fee through any of the following online modes of e-Payment as mentioned in e-Procurement portal. Credit Card, Direct Debit, National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) or RTGS. OTC remittance at ICICI Bank designated branches
