Repair of pot hole by Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to crushed stone agreegate specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder (VG-30) after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre ) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and Laying 30mm ( thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point six to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Cluase 509 complete in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying V- shape PCC drain with cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters ) nominal size with thickness of 10cm ( ten centimeters) of size 45cm x 25cm( forty five centimeters x twenty five centimeter ) and curing complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying of hot applied themoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied flass beads as per IRC 35 . The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .
