Providing ,moulding,fixing in position in best quality a) fiber sculpture structre of height approximate 8-10feet from the base. b) 6 feet diamater globe over 5 feet height base ,name and emblem of IISER made by stainless steel as per the images etc. shall be moulded with proper finish and scale matching with the sculpture (photos attached).The materials used shall be durable and capable of withstanding all weather conditions prevailing in the local area.The contractor shall facilitate stage wise inspection of the sculpture as and when requested by IISER.The work shall be carried out by well established reputed sculptor .IISER has the right to reject the product at any stage if the same is found to be not upto the standards/satisfaction of EIC.Suitable stainless steel reinforcement have to be provided for ensuring the strenghth of the sculpture as per the standards(contractor have to submit 3D,2D drawings as per the direction of EIC)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, slab,toe wall,vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)/high quality gum9external use), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,edge moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels comlete as per EIC.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
