Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc as reqd.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75mm X 40mm X 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulatorpins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washer setc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm X 40mm X 6mm (7.14kg per metre)cross arm for 4 wire overheadline complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc includingd rilling of holes for insulator pinc set c(as per drawing)and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts,nuts,washers etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of stay set complete (Galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia X1.8 m long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmX45cmX7.5mm, thimble, stay clap, turn buckle (20 mm x 60 cm), 7/4.00mm dia GI stay wire & strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X600mmX3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclose with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7meter long etc with charcoal/ cock and salt as required

Supplying and erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with anominaldis charge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I.bolts, nuts,washersetc. as required

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I.nut, bolt,spring,washeretc.asrequired.(Jointingshallbedonebyoverlappingand with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Dismantling of pole/streat light standard/strut embeded in cement concrete etc. as required

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminum over head conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.
