M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces incl necessary taking down and wirebrush the surfaces to remove existing paint & putty, snowcem etc on external wall and crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste and wet the wall prior to coating, Apply Dr. Fixit PrimeSeal (50% Dilution ) and ensure it is left to dry for 4-6 hours. Finally apply 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat undiluted, with an approximate time interval of 6 hours intravals (Each coat time duration is 6 hrs) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of work.Make : Dr .Fixit, FOSROC, Sika ,Chemistik OR Equallent make approved by GE

M& L for cutting out trees with roots in brick / slab roof surfaces (accessible & in accessible roofs) with necessary chemical treatments incl filling with PCC B0 (1:2:4) 12mm grated stone aggregates with water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling incl mortar beding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat epoxy paint over a coat of primer of approved manufacture,complete all as directed & all as specified.

Preparation of wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorative steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c ) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane. Laying of Standard APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight ( Dr Fixt /Cera /Krishna etc ) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages : Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP/SIKA /plaster seal of STP Ltd or Equallent Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 25mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm gdd stone agg as in sunken floor filling as mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified.

M & L Covet fillet in Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate min radius of 75mm thick as in roof and parapet wall junction, roof benching, kerbs, mud stop, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges, filling rails embedded sec etc incl necessary sloping on roof top surfaces including form work complete all as specified.

S & F in repair to Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, (Posts and Struts in fencing including embding in concrete etc ) drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair to Framed work ( Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A)- as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces.

S & F in replacement Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 2 Single core of size 6 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 6 Sqmm to be drawn through and including PVC CASING CAPING/PVC Conduit not less then 32mm dia medium Grade fixed on walls/roof/floors all as directed by Engineer in Charge.Notes:- (i)Two wires of 6 sqmm and one wire of 6.0 sqmm and one run of PVC casing caping/Conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/ kitkat DBs/ MCB including wooden board from existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surfaces

S & F in replacement MCCB DB VERTCLE TYPE made of sheet steel , powder painted with NUTRAL bus bar 200 A, neutral link, IP-43-IK09 protection grade ,Glazed door 415 Volts TPN with 8 way Double door

S & F in replacement MCB SP 240 Volts 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32 Amps

S & F in replacement MCCB TPN 125 Amps , 415Volts, 16 KA

Taking down fan of any make/type/sweep,sealing cable end ,dismantling of blades and for repair /overhauling complete all as directed

M &L for Painting of ceiling fan/Exhaust Fan/Wall mounted fan of any sweep complete including fan blade down rod with synthetic enamelled paint by spraying including cleaning and removing dust by polish paper and dirt and making smooth surface for painting ,filling cavities with filler

Fixing or hanging only ceiling fan/Exhaust Fan above and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully tube light fittings by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures for reuse at site

Fixing only tube light fitting by connecting up including provisioncable from ceiling rose all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600 mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less then 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00mmdia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers complete up to and including test point made out of 40 x 6mm alum flat including earthing pit , charcoal common salt ,Earthing lead 4.00mm dia up to 7.5m, 20mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe ,G.I. protection pipe 15 mm dia up to 7.5m long,,PPC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ,PCC pit cover including earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR (part-I)
