REPAIRS TO DRAINS PATH CHAINLINK FENCING HARDSTANDING AND OTHER SIMILAR WORK IN CERTAIN MD OTM ACCN AT CDM UNDER AGE BR (N) NO II OF GE (N) SECUNDERABAD

Demolition of cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work otherwise specifically provided for roof treatment including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (by using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof where require over slabs and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick CM (1:3) Water proof plastering with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete or roof terrace surfaces in including finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound for waterproof plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Priming the plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm and laying the APP water proofing membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven Polyester /HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen with overlaps of minimum of 100 mm at side laps and minimum of 150mm at end laps after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer’s instructions with bituminous aluminium paint on top @ 0.1Ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC lid for poly water storage tanks of capacity 500/1000 litres including PVC hinges and PVC locking both complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and mouth of circulating pipe etc. including disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside, reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning size of tank exc. 250 Ltrs & n. exc. 500 Ltrs capacity of tankcomplete all as specified and directed.
