Supply, Installation, Trial Run and Commissioning of Seed Processing Plant having capacity not less than 0.50 (Half) Ton per Hour (Based on final processed Paddy seed & when processing activity is taken up with upto 25% impurities in paddy seed also) complete on “Turn Key Basis” with “Plant & Machineries” for following facilities. i). Pre-cleaner (Capable to clean seed with up to 25% impurities), ii). Grading by size (Based on width of seed), iii).Grading by density (Specific Gravity Separator), iv). Semi automatic bagging facility (without any electronics device but with support of Mechanical Device only ) as well as manual one. v).Holding bin over “Grading by density" & "Facility for semi automatic as well as Manual bagging " having capacity not less than 0.50 (Half) Ton per hour. vi) Mechanical handling equipment of seed to each activity when seed is feed in pre-cleaner and until stored in holding bin over semi automatic as well as manual bagging facility. vii)All equipments like "Cyclone" "Dust Canopy" etc. to make plant room dust free as per standard practice. viii).Operational training with demonstration of preventive maintenance procedure for 2(two) days not less than fourteen hours in total.
