PROVISION OF 90KW SOLAR POWER STATION ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT CG LAND LEKHAWADA GANDHINAGAR

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of on grid connected Solar Power plant of capcity 90KW ( 50KW SPV module mounted on roof and 40KW SPV module mounted on ground), comprising of Design & provision of solar panel with anti glare coating with Si-Monocrystaline or its latest type PV Module, Module mounting structure, power conditioning unit ( Inverter Power evacuation equipment such as cable, connectors and Panels, Fire safety kit, earthing and lightening arrestors, all accessories etc) including all preliminery Charges as per UGVCL and Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) guidliness including all electrical works required for erection andcommissioning of Solar PV plant with fixed tilt type structure and including all type of necessary civil works comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems and with following specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

(a) P V MODULES :-Solar Photovoltaic module of Silicon Mono crystaline /Mono Perk/ Mono Bifacial SPV cells having peak power rating from 335Wp to 540Wp as per site requirement for 90 KW. Make : GOLDI/ADANI/TATA BP/WAREE (b) MOUNTING STRUCTURE :- The mounting structure is made of Hot dip galvanised MS /Aluminium mounting structure for mounting of modules/array/ panels etc such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation, mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed, fasting arrangements grouting, clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind complete all as specified. The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance with the MNRE guidelines. Structural material shall be corrosion resistent and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame. The nuts, bolts and fasteners used shall be of mild steel. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module.The base columns shall be made with reinforced cement concrete(Design Mix) as per design based on site related data which shall be done by contractor at his own cost.The contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of all civil works required for mounting structure and its foundation etc. (c) SOLAR GRID INVERTER : Design, Supply, testing and installation of Solar Grid Connected Inverter of appropriate capacity to provide total output capacity of 90 KW AC as per site requirement and designed capacity to give maximum yield for installed capacity for 90 kwp plant, 415v ,3 phase, AC operated complete all as specified and directed of make:- ABB/ DELTA. Online inverter should have a facility of online data loggers for monitoring of solar power generation and solar meters / bi-directional meters of suitable specification to be installed for complete/ utilization of solar power generated on grid with in the desired location only. (d) ACDB Panel 90 KW shall be provided for interconnection of Solar Power Plant with existing DB at site. ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet with thisckness not less than 3.15 mm as approved by GE.it shall be of dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 65 protection with transparent covers. Make:- Schneider/ Siemens/ABB/L&T as approved by GE. Each ACDB shall comprise of following:

i) 3 Phase 4 wire copper Bus Bars of 400 A rating ii) 3 Nos. CTs 250/5 A, Class 0.5 S, 10 VA iii) 2 Nos. 4 P,35/36 KA, 200 Amps MCCB with AC Surge Protection Device on each Phase iv) 2 A, TP MCB with fuses for Auxiliary Circuit as reqrd. v) 01 No. 4P, 35/36 KA, 250 Amps MCCB - as incomer vi) Other Suitable capacity MCCBs/MCBs wherever applicable or reqrd at site. (e) Array Junction Box:- Array Junction Box as per site requirement for 90kw Inverter with fuse and SPD-02 No. AJB's shall be made of GRP/FRP with dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 65 protection with transparent covers & It shall have SPD and Reverse blocking diodes. Make:- MNRE/GOI approved. (f) AC Disconnect switch 90 KW-01 No. Make:- Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T (g) DC CABLES - Copper cable for interconnection between module to module of solar grade, XLPO UV resistant made of Multistrand Tinned Copper Coductor of size 1 Core 4 mm² as per site requirement. (h) AC CABLES - AC cable from Inverters to ACDB with Copper flexible cable 1.1kv of suitable size and capacity, of make (Havell's/Finolex/Polycab) - as per site requirement. (j) Cable XLPE Aluminium armoured 1.1kv 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm - 100 metre (k) MC4 Connector - 30 Nos or as reqrd at site. Make:- Multicontact/Lapp/Phoenix or equivalent as approved by GE. (L) RS 485 Communication cable - 100 RM. Make:- D-link/Advanced/Lapp/ Helukable or equivalent as approved by GE. .(o) Installation kit and accessories (Cable trays, Lugs, Routing accessories, cables, conduits etc.) - 01 Lot

(p) Copper PVC Flexible cable 1.1 KV 16 Sqmm , green earthing cable - 20 RM (q) Any other items of Civil / Electrical nature work required for the 90 KWp PV plant. GENERAL NOTES : The items of Work mentioned in this Job shall be executed as per following :- 1. Entire work of solar power plant shall be got executed from firms who has GEDA registration and rating issued by ICRA/CRISIL/SMERA. The cost of applicable charges i.e., registration fees, DISCOM connectivity charges etc/permission from GEDA etc all as reqd is deemed to included in rate in quoted Rate. 2. Agency must be MNRE/ GEDA approved channel partner for solar projects and having minimum 5 years of experience in the field of execution of solar projets and operation and maintenance of solar plant. 3. PCC foundation if reqd shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 4. MoU shall be submitted by contractor with eligiblity certificate of solar power firm approved by MNRE/ GEDA. 5. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renewal / replacement of parts fittings / fixtures, filling of Solar modules, inverter, mounting structure etc during the defect liability period. Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and stationary shall be provided by the Contractor. Format of log sheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by GE/Engr-In-Charge. Solar Panel water servicing, panel Cleaning, Area cleaning surround the plant room etc shall be the responsibility of contractor. (viii) For full details of description of items, scope and specification contractor shall refer to Particular Specifications given in succeeding pages. Contractors are advised to read the description alongwith PS before quoting rate. (ix) After successful installation contractor should provide final drawing of electrical wiring, test certficates, warranty certificates, manuals to the Engr-in-Charge. (x) A display board of size 4 ft x 3 ft made of MS 40 mm x 40 mm square pipe and flexes is to be supplied and errected at both the solar plant site showing information as directed by Engineer-in-Charge the rate of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply installation , Commissioning and testing of Bi-directional 3 phase energy meter having LCD display,50 Hz ± 5%,Provision of sealing on mains cover and terminal cover, IP 51,tamper proof. Testing of meter with DISCOM will be responsibility of contractor and all testing charges involved is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. Make : Genes/Secure / HPL

M&L for providing chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90x60cmx5mm thick buried dirictly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.4 meters below normal ground level. connected to copper earth lead 32X6mm shows in sketch and connected to test point including Magnesium sulphate ,salt and coal mixure in each layers with IS specification and necessary excavation/ earthwork in any type of soil rock strata, funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe (Gl medium grade) 20mm dia, PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc .induding testing on completing including GI protection pipe 40 mm light grade for earthing lead all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1 ohm. (ii) Copper stip of size 32mmX6mm including installation 7.5 m

Supply & Fixing Copper strip 32mm X 6mm complete with saddles and base insulators (made out of porcelain/rubber) and fixing with screws etc, for roof and down conductors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (Heavy duty) with stranded Aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm ,3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade.

Supply and laying in walls and ceilings or laid in floors of GI Pipe of size 50 mm bore medium grade ISI Marked including all types of fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 20 mm dia in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing Gun Metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends including fittings complete of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Gun Metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends including fittings complete of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Design, fabricate, supply , testing and commissioning of factory made(CPRI) LT Feeder Pillar box outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel front and rear openable vertical type installed over properly supported legs suitably grouted to PCC includiing Copper Bus bar RYB and N of 400 Amp capacity one set with internal wiring , including the following accessories complte with labour charge including PCC work i) MCCB 250 amp FP 35 KA-- 1 no (Incoming ) ii) MCCB 200 amp FP 35 KA-- 2 no (out going) iii) Voltmeter 0-500V - 01 Nos. iv) Ammeter of Capacity 250 A - 01 Nos v) Phase indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of electric cables for fixing of poles and stay or for laying pipes (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides forming bottom surface to required level in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, laying, jointing of Double Walled Corrugated Pipe(DWC) as UG Cable Pratection complete of Size 90/76 mm
