CERTAIN REPAIR TO DRAIN, FOOTPATH, FENCING AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT TECH AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Removing existing demolished materials, spoil obtained from excavation, debris, building materials etc. and removing the same to outside MD land including making good the disturbed surface at a true level complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) For measurement dimension of vehicle in terms of length, width and height shall be made. (b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of loading, unloading and cleaning of the site complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material or debries out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter-locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragates) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 07 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Old stones obtained from item No. 6 shall be reused under this item.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
