Procurement of Consultancy Services for Development of Sisodiya Rani ka Bagh as a Major Tourist Destination, including preparation of DPR for Conservation, Interior Design and planning for Heritage Museum, Exhibit design, Landscaping, Horticulture Improvement, Fountain system redesign, lighting & illumination system redesign, Design of Air conditioning system if required, Furniture design, improvements in Signages and Tourist facilities, addition of tourist attractions etc. in sync with accepted principles of intervention in Historical monuments, including preparation of detailed drawings, structural evaluation report, detailed estimates, tender documents etc. as per the Scope of Work mentioned in RFP Document. The work also includes supervision of works awarded to the contractors, with minimum of two site visits per month, to ensure that work is done as per standards and as per the approved DPR as per the Scope of Work mentioned in RFP Document Note : 1) The rates quoted should be inclusive of all Taxes including GST, Duty, Levies, Surcharges etc. 2) Payment shall be made as per payment schedule mentioned in RFP Document.
