Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of rubish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover filets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of boarding of any description fixed in any position with screwes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters n.exc. 1.50 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 here in before but exc. 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each and -ditto-.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in soft/loose soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 ltr per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one ltr per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with CM (1:2) (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand) to match the existing floors and making good disturbed portion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treatment of soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltr per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing chemical emulsion at points of contact for wood work @ 0.5 ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 125mm size hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix continuous (piano) hinges mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised of 30mm width of flaps (when open) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed on wooden/steel frames with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated anodized aluminium frames for door, window , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated aluminium window shutter sliding type section not less than 0.55 Kg/RM, consisting three shutter two glazed and one gauged including joining cleat, glazing cleap,rubber packing aluminium snap beading,screws,locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair expanded metal (weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm), cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 12 mm thick veneer decorative ply wood (7 No of ply) garde 1(with BWR resin) with decoartive face on one face fixed with timber frame work with screws as in cub board shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic, non skid coloured tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exc. 0.38sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic, non skid coloured tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n. exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick clear tinted glass of ordinary quality and glazing with glazing clips including necessary rubber packing to aluminium frame exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
