"APPENDIX-A : 1)Providing Distribution System in Zone IV (from 2LL OHSR at Kanakappalam) of the scheme WSS TO ERUMELY Panchayath as per the drawings attached by Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of 250 & 200 mm DI K9 Pipes (S&S and D/F) , PVC pipes (Class 4&5 of Dia 140 mm, 110mm & 90 mm) and GI Medium pipes (Dia 150 mm, 125 mm, 100 mm & 80mm) with all required specials including cutting Tarred/BM&BC/Concrete/Interlocked tiled road/berm surfaces, excavation in all kinds of soil, ordinary rock, medium rock and hard rock without blasting, fencing, shoring, bailing out water, Providing RCC valve chambers, supplying and fixing Sluice valves, Scour Valves, Air valves, Gun metal Gate valves, Culvert/Bridge crossings, Providing anchor blocks, incedental MS fabrication works,hydraulic pressure testing, road restoration works etc. as per the attached drawings and specifications and conditions in vol.II of NIT 2) Providing 500 new water connection and providing street taps, as detailed in the vol.II of NIT. 3)Supply, Errection, Testing and Commissioning of 2 Nos (one stand by) Horizontal Split Case / Multi stage Centrifugal Pump sets from KWA pre-qualified manufacturers having discharge 18.23 lps, speed 1440 RPM, Total Head 38m with efficiency 70% or above including all other accessories such as Motor, Starter Panel board etc. as per KWA norms for pumping clear water from sump at Karimkallumoozhy to 2LL OHSR at Kanakappalam as detailed in the vol.II of NIT. 4) Construction of compound wall for OHSR at Kanakappalam as per the attached drawings and specifications and conditions in vol.II of NIT and maintaining the whole system without any defects for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning, supply of spare pipes and specials etc. and any other items required for the satisfactory completion of the work as detailed in the scope of work Volume II of NIT adhering to the conditions in NIT Volume I & II.

"APPENDIX-B- Charges remitted in office such as application fee, connection fee, Inside installation fee, meter testing fee etc. Fixed rate @ Rs. 575 per Connections (RS. 287500.00 for 500 Connections) (To be remitted)"
