Removal of China mosaic, Brick bat coba water proofing exposing the RCC slab to accommodate insert plate of size 250 mm x 300 mm including re-doing the same treatment again ( using good quality water proofing compound also) after installation of Insert plates as per Architectural drawings & details. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding, etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid.

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. 10 mm thick Insert plates (250 mm x 300 mm) and 6 mm junction plates for roofing with all necessary required fillet weld etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer as per Architectectural drawings & details. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid.

Providing, Fabricating & Erection of HILTI / ITW Anchor fasteners 12 mm Dia x 100 mm for fixing insert plates on existing RCC slab with all necessary required chemicals etc. as per Architectectural drawings & details. TATA or equivalent as approved by IIMA. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid.

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. pipe structure / BOX sections ( RHS 96 x 48 x 4 mm ) for roofing with all necessary required fillet weld etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer as per Architectectural drawings & details. TATA or ASIAN equivalent as approved by the Architect. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid.

Providing & fixing in position PROFILED POLY CARBONATE CLEAR EMBOSSED COMPACT SHEET having 2.00 mm thickness. Single length up to 11.80 meter, overall width 1072 mm, cover width 1015 mm. Screwed down to the purlin with SDST screws with coating class-3, HOT DIP galvanized of size 12 gauge, 14 TPI, 55 mm long. Number of screws shall be minimum 4 per SQM. With EPDM washers of 19 to 23 mm Diameter as per Architectural drawings & details. The make shall be PALRAM, TUFLITE or Equivalent as approved by Architect. Overlapping along length shall be about 58 mm. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. OVERLAPS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PAYMENT. (If single length roofing sheet of 11.81 meter is not available then three lengths of approx. 4.2 meter each to be installed with an overlap of 300 mm minimum. Overlap will not be paid.)

Trap door for Lower terrace level roofing of House no. 417 & 428. Providing & fixing trap door for access to upper terrace shall be made by creating an opening in the roofing and a door having adequate length overlap for water stoppage. The size of the opening shall be approx. 900 mm x 900 mm (as per site condition) . Good quality as approed by IIMA, Handles, Hinges, locking arrangment etc. shall be provided. Same type of polycarbonatre sheet to be used for trap door as used for Sr. no. 5. For measurment & payment, Deduction for trap door opening in roofing sheet for Sr. no. 5 will not be made.
