Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto all leads and lifts and including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.for :- a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns,etc. for mass concrete

B)Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work all work upto plinth level including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

b)Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work includingstraightening, cutting, bending, placing in position andbinding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of gradeFe-500D or more.including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and applying bituminous solution primer on roof and / or wall surface at 0.24 litre per sqm complete including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : cement mortar 1:6 including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 40mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade approved by HPPWD with approved color design and pattern including including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
