Dismentaling of damaged mudphaska brick tiles in pump room and warnout plaster/ concrete on roof and walls of pump room and boundary wall / incl. dismeantling of brick work of damaged boundary wall incl. staking of useable material and disposal of rubish from site manually.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level.

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4

Extra for half brick masonry in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in build up sections/ framed work, including cutting , hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. As required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces
