Disconnecting and dismantling of delivery pipe along with bends and extraction of open well horizontal monoblock 10hp submersible pumping unit from nallah/source by manual means using proper tools and tackles.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 10hp submersible pumping unit using appropriate means of transport like Mini auto upto a lead of 35Km.

Dismantling of 10hp 2900rpm horizontal open well submersible motor by way of removing diaphragm cover, thrust bearing assembly, extraction of damaged coils etc complete by required tools and tackles.

Complete rewinding of 10hp horizontal type open well submersible motor by standard specific gauge of copper wire required for 10 hp motor. The job includes complete insulating paper, tapings, required sticks, etc.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of shaft bushes as per sample, fabricated out of gun metal.

Assembling of 10hp open well submersible motor at workshop. Installation, fitting and testing of equipment at site.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Copper submersible cable) to be retained by the contracting agency. (80% or as per actual). Rate not less than Rs. 659 to be quoted or shall be accepted.
