M&L for dismantling / demolition unserviceable Prestressed Cement Concrete (if required on ground) / LT Steel Tubular Pole of any description and any size after taking proper electric shut down from the concerened JE(E/M) / Engr-in-Charge. On demolition / taking out of old electric pole will be kept aside in safe custody to issue under schedule of credit. The job includs made good to the disturbed ground surface area, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unserviceable pole will be dismantled at ground level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which earthwork, demolition Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint and Incl taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for taking down unserviceable/rusted GI Earth Wire, Cradles Guards of any size and shape at any Position from LT Electric Poles of any size and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulator Pin type, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt grade, Porcelain, Vitreous, white, brown or green including One Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle Two Galvanised Iron Washer and One Galvanised Iron Nut including Taking down unserviceable Insulator, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulator Shackle type, Porcelain, Vitreious, white brown or green of size 75mm High & 90mm dia including Galvanised Mild Steel Straps of Section 31x3.0mm, 12mm dia Insulator Bolts, Nuts, Washer, etc. for Working Pressure 1100 Volt grade including Taking down unserviceable Insulator, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling LT stay assembly complete of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unserviceable Stay Assembly will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed Ground will Made Good as directed for which. Earth Works, demolition of Cement Concrete etc. will not be Measured & Paid separately.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod in 20 mm incl stay insulator or egg insulator complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 and Incl dismantling existing stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size and incl taking down unsv Danger notice plate of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised Iron Wire 4.0mm dia (8 SWG) as Continuous Earth Wire, Guards and Cradles (hexagonal/rectangular), etc. and binding with and including GI Binding Wire 1.6mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.
