Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60cmx60cmx60cm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron work of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all excavation and connected work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of 15mm dia old unserviceable bib cock screwed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable of sizes 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation in trenches shall be included in unit quoted rate of this item.

Taking out old unserviceable panel of any size with bus bar and MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing old u/s main switch,DB SPN/TPN,etc including MCBs from the existing position and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Ceiling/Exhaust fan, sealing cable, dismantling blades and handover fan & blades to E/M store for re use and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out submain wiring of any type from site and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the electric geyser as directed by Engr-in-charge (electric geyser of capacity 50 lts) including connection pipes and removing geysers and connecting items handover to E/M store for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing electric meter of any type complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old GI earthing complete from the existing position including excavation and removing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Modular Kitchen chimney

Supply & Fixing modular kitchen with 18 to 20mm thick BWR grade plywood (best quality) laminated on exposed surfaces with 1mm approved decorative lamination and 0.50mm thick white lamination on internal surface of plywood shutters partition with stainless steel handle less drawer plate rack, pot and pan drawers, innotech drawers, best quality including 01 No stainless steel sink (double bowl) with drain board, 01 Electric chimney with suction power 1400Cum/Hours alongwith discharge pipe complete including all fittings and fixture complete all as specified and directed.

Arboriculture

Provision of plants at site, stacking and plantationn with good earth mixing with manure including watering till the Plants grown healthy permanent plants (Perinaial) as speicified of following species. All plants/ Shrubs must be approved before planting. Maintenance upto one year of all lawn/plants including watering, cleaning, weeding including supply of good earth and manure if needed watch up to avoid animal entry, cutting of lawn hedge, creeper, ground cover, shrubs trees and remain responsible for replacement of dead plants, shrubs and other casualities for one year since the completion of the work complete all as specified and directed.
