Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS fixing with dash fastners of required dia and size including necessay filling up the gaps at junctions ie at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever reqquired including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling C.P brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architechural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thichness of powder coating 50 micron)with 4mm thick aluminium composit panel Complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing panelling in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with 3mm thick hylam sheet with screws Complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing panelling in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with 4mm thick aluminium composit panel EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket combosit panel of 4 mm thickness etc. Kitchen cabinet model shutters with all fittings Complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Using equal angles/ M.S flats etc, as per direction of Engineer incharge

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over a steel structure (which will be paid seperately) pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Extra for pre finished nosing to treads of steps of marble stone .

Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board or equivalent make paneling 12 mm thick, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete ( Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing SS mosquitonet on aluminium frames of approved powder coated sections with necessary angle clips, stopers etc.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Painting one or more coat with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade for old work.
