Taking down carefully point wiring of any type complete for light, fan socket or power point with fittings & fixtures such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets, regulators, wooden batten, conduit etc. including accessories including making good disturbed surface to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L point wiring complete with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694-1990 of size 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core drawn in and including 20mm dia 'heavy grade' steel concealed conduits and fittings, including cutting chasingin brick wall n.exc 10cm width or girth(excluding ceiling surface), pressed steel concealed terminal switch boxes not less than 1.2mm thick of reqd size factory made duly painted inside and outside with two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat red oxide primer, 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers complete including 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694-1990 green as earth wire connected to earth dolly with all accessories including making good disturbed surfaces with CM(1:4) with treating the surfaces as per existing finishes for the following complete all as specified and directed.

One light/fan/bell /exhaust/socket point controlled by one one way switch

All as per Item No-2 here in above but One 3 pin 15 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one switch using two run 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable with one run continuous earth wire of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor on independent board.

S&F sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS 694 of size 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area,1100 v grade and one run of 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire drawn in and including 20mm dia steel concealed conduits and fittings,complete including taking down of old sub main wiring all as specified and directed. NOTE:- One unit length shall measured as two run of main wire and one run of conduit & earth wire.

S & F in replacement LED 1 x 20 Watt industrial Flame proof light fittings,CMRI certified, complete cat no-EXTN1L T8-20 of Make :CG or equivalent model of WIPRO/PHILLIPS/GE.

S & F in replacement LED 1 x 30 Watt industrial diecast Flame proof tube light luminary,CMRI certified, IP-63, cast aluminium alloy housing gray powder coated, heat resistant cover complete FWL 1315 30-CDL of Make :CG or equivalent model of WIPRO/PHILIPS/GE

S&F in repair of switch Flame proof rotary type with terminal box in LM6, 16Amps, single pole 250V complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair MCB DB double door, powder coated sheet metal enclosure, 8 way 240 volts grade single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, fixed to wall using nuts & bolts and washer of suitable dia and grouted to wall using suitable gutties complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole & neutral 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 'C' series, 10 KA breaking capacity & making connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole, 6 to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 'C' series, 10 KA breaking capacity & making connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ultra bright integrated aluminium heat sink LED tube rod 18 watt with high efficiency suitable for installation in existing T-8 fitting with G-13 lamp holder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode of size 600x600x6.30mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm thick as earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore (Light grade) for building LT wall panel all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soilwith and including taking down the old one complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 including testing on complete all as specified and directed

S&F repair aluminium strip 25x3 mm for down conductor including drilling holes at each joint, fixed with one set of lead washers and two sets GI nut,bolt,washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm burried in ground or fixed on wall and connected to test point including bending, jointing at test points with GI nuts, bolts, with lead washers, jointing strips at all joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12mm dia 300mm long fixed to aluminium strip 25x3mm drilling nuts, bolts washers for resting/supporting of air terminals etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including, 3 NOS, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for GI Pipe light grade 40 mm dia. For fixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12mm dia, 300mm long on roof of buildings for effective lighting protection system including pcc for fixing &stay assmbly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of suitable size heavy duty bridge/post/mini bus bar insulator, porcelain, vitreous, brown/white/green fixed to wall/roof with suitable size of PVC plugs/gutties,screws for fixing Aluminium / GI stripsincluding making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 20mm graded Aggregate) as in filling of footpath/plinth protection or for fixing Aluminium/GI strips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling of existing unservicable loose/disturbed aluminium strip/GI strip of any size and refixing the same at existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
