Providing and fitting of TC- 19 coupling set complete for 10 cusec Hz pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre for lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-II. The job also includes taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor.

Repairs to major leakage at 03 spots along 450mm dia. M.S rising near pump station by way of earth excavation with the help of manual labours/JCB, then cutting appropriate size of windows to the rising main by using oxyacetylene gas plant at site for cutting of window to M.S pipe in order to carry out welding works inside the pipe. After making window in the pipe the accumulated water shall be dewatered along with dug out trench using dewatering pump till the pipe becomes dry so that the welding works can be carried inside pipe. The job then involves cleaning of rust around pipe by chipping off rusted layers inside the pipe. The cracked portion of the pipe shall be plugged by using M.S plate of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal crack inside/outside the pipe. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual earth excavation, dewatering pump, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Replacement of damaged double row ball bearing 3313 & 3213 of SKF/Reputed make of 10 cusec end suction pump of lift irrigation scheme Delina Main unit no.01 with adequate greasing at site with the help of puller and other allied accessories for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of TC- 16 coupling set complete for the completion of work.

Repairs to 350 mm dia. M.S foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla unit no.02 installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to working area. The job includes the charge for repair to hinges, weight plate, strainer & welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair of foot valve at site, fitted it properly back to its actual position and tested on full load. The job includes the charge of D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, electrodes etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge of M.S nuts& bolts four kg for suction/delivery pipe, packing two kg for pump for the completion of work.
