CERTAIN REPAIR TO ROADS, PATH, ROAD BERMS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT ALHILAL MIL STATION UNDER GE PALAMPUR.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) with coarse aggregate(Types of aggregate- Lime stone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite) of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, all as specified.

M&L for Premix bituminous,macadam(binder content of 4 % by weight of total mix) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration grade, complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and M & L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-10 at 10 kg per 10 sq metre (over scarifying area and WBM),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M & L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sq metre (over Bituminous macadam & existing black top) area),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using self propelled mechanical paver rolled.complete all as spd & directed.

S&F in repairs cat eyes solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency ono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green,red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with antitheft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm)type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, arrows, stop lines, dashes, letter etc on roads pavements 2.5mm thick using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (white/yellow) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 160 degree C at the time of laying including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material demarkation at site and traffic control) complete all as specified and directed.
