SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Supply, Assembling,, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 10,000 GPH Vertically fabricated Mild Steel Iron Removal plant complete with Pressure Sand Filter Vessel mounted on 4 Sturdy legs, complete with Manhole, Handhole, Flanged Inlet-Outlets, 8mm Dish End, 10mm Shell Thickness. MSEP vessel Dia-2000mm, Ht-2000mm complete with 100mm MS frontal pipings with 06 Nos. Butterfly Valves (Make - CRI, Audco, Renowned) for Service, Backwash, Rinse etc. Top & Bottom Strainer and pressure gauges to be provided at the Inlet & Outlet, Sampling cock along with initial charge of filter media e.g. Coarse Sand, Anthracite, Fine Sand, Graded Silica Quartz Sand 8/16, Zeosafe, Zeosorb, Micronic Filter Media, Grit, Gravels & Pebbles. Aeration Valve provided. Normal operating pressure is 1-4 kg/cm2. Make - TAURUS/ KORPAL WATECH/ AQUAZON or Equivalent Note :- 1. Filter Media - Test Certificates of Filter Media including Mine Royalty TP License, Zeosorb MSDS. 2. MS Pipeline - The MS Pipeline will conform to BIS 1239 (Part 1) and Test Certificate for the same must be provided at the time of delivery from reputed agency. 3. MS Plate - Should conform to BIS 2062:2011 from reputed agency. Sand blasting tobe carried out to avoid rusting. Certificate to be provided. 4. Ultrasonic Welding - To be carried out for Fabrication to avoid any chance of leakage and pin holes. Certificate to be provided from reputed agency. 5. Hydro-testing - Hydro-testing to be carried out at min. 6 kg/cm2. Certificate to be provided from reputed agency. 6. MS Plate or Dish end Thickness should not be below 8 mm. Certificate to be provided from reputed agency. 7. NDT Grade 2 Destructive test third party inspections to be provided along with Certificate from reputed agency.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing 80mm dia steel water tubing, galvanised, Medium grade with all fittings in shafts such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends, fixed to wall including short piece/length etc in/on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast iron sluice valve of sizes 80 mm with flanged end class I PN-1.6 heavy duty ISI Marked drilled type non rising stem conforming to IS -14846 -2000 including iron wheel complete with suitable rubber insertion 3.00mm thick both end and MS bolt ,nut and washers complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F Cast iron sluice valve of sizes100 mm with flanged end class I PN-1.6 heavy duty ISI Marked drilled type non rising stem conforming to IS -14846 -2000 including iron wheel complete with suitable rubber insertion 3.00mm thick both end and MS bolt ,nut and washers complete all as specefied and directed.
