Excavating over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft /loose soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

De-silting/cleaning of area drainage by removing liquid mud/soil to a distance exc 50 meter but not exc 100 meter and depositing, spreading and levelling all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning/filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc all as specified.

All as per item No-8 here-in above but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 40 cm and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, bed plates, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including all necessary form works and finished surfaces fair and even with using extra cement and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar(1:4) as in slab for water tank/shelf, landings cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water trough, managers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete with joints to match including all necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors type B1 (1:2:4) nominal mix (using 20 mm graded aggregate) and the like all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for brick work straight or curved on plan exc.6 meter mean radius old size brick built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed. Note:-old demolished bricks obtained from item No 13 above shall be issued free of cost to the contractor)

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter mean radius old size brick built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars of quality Fe-415 grade conforming to IS: 1786 of 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall including hacking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick works or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars bore of pipe 300 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars bore of pipe 450 mm all as specified and directed.
