Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 70% Ordinary rock : 20% hard rock : 10%

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.

All kinds of soil :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Stone filling in horizontal layers, including supply of stone and labour without carriage.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

CAST-IN-SITU Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level.

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel Ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

M.S. tube

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Super Structure of steel truss foot bridge of clear span 43 meter having carriage way of 2 meter with chequerred plate over Mangota Dhara Nallah along with lane and drain ward no. 09 Thanamandi. Comprising of abutment caps, complete super structure i.e. providing and fixing of appropriate bearings, steel railings, painting, etc. in all respect as per vetted drawings from competent authority. The cost is inclusive of launcing of bridge, scafffolding used, supports,material transport, headload, labor, any machinary used, etc. as per instructions of engineer - in -charge. (All work complete)

Soil test and soil investigation at scour depth level , to check SBC at scour depth to finalize the formation level of the abutment footing.
