Refilling the basemebt with excutived earth other sand inculiding etc complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 83/4 x 43/8 x 23/4 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits up tp 3.29m.Ht for plan surface inculiding struting etc

CROSS BEAM

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items wire also in all floors etc complete

Flooring top finising with granolithick floor finishing CM 1;2;4 mix using 10-12 mm HBG Metal with cost and conveyance af all materils and labour charges etc

Plastering with cm 1:5 to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cm 1:3 to10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

White wasing two coats using shell time incliding cost and conveyance of all materils to site and all labour charges etc

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supplying and fixing following OF cuddapah slab for 38/40mm thick inculiduing conveyane etc complete
