A copy of the KPWD Class-III and above Contractor Registration Certificate with validity.

Latest copy of the Income tax returns (ITR-V) filed for the financial year 2024-25 mentioning PAN number (Assessment Year 2025-26).

Employees provident fund (EPF) registration certificate..

Valid copy of GST Registration Certificate.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of the work viz., building/any civil structure of value not less than 50% of the Amount put to tender i.e., Rs. 14.98 Lakhs during previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). Certificates should be obtained from the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and countersigned by Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle shall be furnished. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done in previous years to bring it to 2025-26.

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years, the minimum financial turnover shall not be less than two times the Amount put to tender for the work tendered (Rs.59.92 Lakhs) during last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25. Copies of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished duly mentioning UDIN Number. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the annual turnover in previous years to bring it to 2025-26.

Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.9.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/Letters of credit /Certificates from Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., the contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks.

Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx2.5 - B) Where, A - Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five Years (Updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed a well as works in progress) N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B - Value, at FY in which the tenders are invited price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 3 Month (period of completion of the works for which Tender are invited)
