24.2:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube chakkus, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - ( 1) The evaluational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose, (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works.

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

15.5:Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work ( Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

OD346552/2023-2024:Sand blasting for cleaning the surface of concrete and reinfocement before guniting, Sand blasting is done by spraying dry coarse sand to the spalled concrete surface under high presssure to get a fresh surface for guniting all as per the instruction of engineers in charge.

OD346557/2023-2024:Supply and application of anti corrosive zinc rich primer over the exposed steel reinforcement as per the manufactures specification and as directed by engineer in charge

5.22A.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

10.22:Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

13.52.1:Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

5.3:Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15<sup>0</sup> landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

15.22:Extra for marking of structural steel work required to be re-erected.
