od9475/2020_2021/KP : Removing all the Organic, Inorganic, Plastic and silt materials deposited beneath the bridges in rivers at different places during the flood using heavy Hitachi with Pontoon and using III class country boat with boatman . Including all cost of materials and labour , all hire charges including sundries, cost of fuel oil and lubricants. Removing all the deposits in the portion notified by the departmental officers including cutting the wooden logs in to conveyable sizes by engaging wood cutter with cutting machine and necessary helpers if found necessary. Collect the deposits from water in suitable way for conveying the same for temporarily stacking in heap at banks of river for loading in to lorry by using front Loader and dumping the lorry load at a remote place in heap pointed out by Panchayath authorities. Separating all the materials and stack each materials separate for disposal/ drying/ auctioning as directed by the officers concerned from Irrigation department. The organic particles will be buried , all plastic materials will be transported from the site on contractor?s risk and legally disposed . All the remaining woodel logs/ bamboo post if any having scrap value will be stacked in standard heap for taking measurement with panchayath authorities and handed over the materials thus remaining at site to LSGD Officers concerned etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site.Certified that the rates used are the least minimum of the prevailing local market rates
