Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc. 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc. 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in sunken/roof surfaces in CM 1:3 surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sunken floor water proofing treatment through authorized applicator of manufacturer as follows:- (a)Complete removing of existing tretment and Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat task gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. (b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penetration after setting upto 8mm thick. (c) Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or equivalent make as approved by GE (d) Apply cold. Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equivalent make as approved by GE, to create SSD condition on surface with water. (e) Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). (f) Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bindging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength

(g) After 7 days apply 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. (h) Allow first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. (i) Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. (j) Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs (k) Apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. (l) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. (m) Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days (n) Apply 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% (p) After, curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

S&F G.I. pipe 40mm bore tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting fixed to wall, ceiling and laid in floors complete as in spout of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel lock grating with hole 150mm dia as per sample to be fixed with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor for tiles/Kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thk(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair WC Orissa pattern white with integral foot rest 580x 440 mm including L bend, & PCC bedding in 1:2:4 and making good disturbed floor connecting to trap and flush pipe and removal of old material from site complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repaies Vitreous China wash down water closet pan padestal pattern white, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern but incl flush pipe, seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless,syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level,white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, PVC 32 mm 'L' bend of capacity 10.0 litres and making good to dismantled/damaged floor/surfaces, fixing in repair, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down eaves gutters and PVC rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed .

Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material ad labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Applying neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg/ sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding coping, bed blocks etc incl. preparation of surface and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment through authorized applicator of manufacturer in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new sufraces of APP Membrane and applying two coats of solar reflective alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement in floors/roof pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separetly), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 including minimum reinforcement or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed and provision of minimum reinforcement required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe, including making connections, and dismantling of water storage tanks (Cap. 500 ltr to 1000 ltr ) complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from exc 250 & n exc 500 litres capacity tanks in any position and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, and disinfection completely by making all the arrangements and writing date of cleaning on side of tanks also containing completion from user , including disconnecting of water tank of 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement,corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs,walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt including dismentaling of old sheet any type complete all as specified.

M&L 6mm thick Asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt, including dismentaling of old sheet any type complete all as specified.

S&F in Repair /Replacement Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based single ribbed prapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.47-0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Iincluding dismantling , asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repair /Replacement Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.47-0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Iincluding dismantling , asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair washers to bolts in Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 5mm thick Polycarboneted roof sheet of 1st quality includind dismentaling old roof sheets any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for E-Board 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated seif embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick G S sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers/suspended with 2 run of 2 mm dia of GI wire to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS shgeet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour, including dismentaling old celling of any type complete all as specified and directed/ as per manufacturer instructions

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per items No 75 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copings /bed blocks in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm gr. Cr. stone aggr) at junction of parapet wall & roof for fixing of truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .
