Carrying out manhole covers/gully traps of any type and any depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manhole/gully trap by manual/ mechanical method and also cleaning the sewage line of any dia and at any depth either by water pressure pump or by any other flushing or roding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manhole/gully trap fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Desalting of septic tank/soakage pit of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tank/soakage pit by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank/soakage pit fully cleared to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : only solid content to be measured for payment so suitably minus adjustment for watter to be made.

Cleaning of blockage IWC, EWC, Wash Basin, gully trap, floor trap etc either by hand pump or by rodding or by any other means until clear flow is observed all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel, half round or 3/4 section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B smooth finished and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 110/150mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) with plastic seat cover including PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa, pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc complete including making good to floor all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed

S&F Non skid ceramic floor tiles of 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, in complete all as specified and directed
