Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. and staking serviceable Stones properly for reusing and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 [using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of Random Rubble Masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 4 above but except Stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, Landings, Shelves, Chajjas and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces or on one side of lathing, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking up / down existing PVC [SWR] / UPVC Pipes of any bore and description including all fittings and taking out joints of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 160mm dia PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc., fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc., fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of 110mm dia PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc., fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC Pipe of 50 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of UPVC Pipe of 50 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc. and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC Pipe of 63 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 9 to 16: Stack Clamps wherever required will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BoQ. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of fixing clamps by drilling holes by power drilling machine over the wall surface of drain on main road side. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Soffits of Suspended Slabs such as Roof Slabs, Floor Slabs, Landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [Horizontal or Sloping] for Fair Finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work as in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161, Grade YST - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Stack clamps made out of 50 X 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 160mm dia pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
