Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 1.0 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including , spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub class (B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bottom of pit in bed concrete of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for Poles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Structural steel work in replacement of existing unserviceable Cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts,bolts ,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive one coat of primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for weathered ACSR aluminium conductor of size 6/2.11 or 6/2.59 squirrel/weasel and with aluminium binding wire on poles etc tightening with mechanical devices including taking down old unsv conductor from the pole and remove from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator bolt,washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire on HT/LT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 40 watt LED new generation post-top energy saving, environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution,spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including necessary electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fix in replacement of 25 watt LED new generation post-top energy saving, environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution,spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including necessary electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing SMC cable junction box of size 140x140x95mm suitable for street light/PTL, square type , weather proof , IP-54 including fixing of 10Amp MCB SP and clamps , nuts , bolts , washers suitable for fixing to pole/GI pipes including suitable arrangement for cable entry and exit with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS flexible cable laying through PVC conduit from junction box to street light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI bracket 32/40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend as per site requirement suitable for 30/45 watt LED street light complete with lamps, nuts , bolts and washers to fix the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work not exceeding 1.5 in depth and 0.50 mtr in width and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 50 KA, MCCBs microprocessor release, with overload protection & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate of extended terminal deemed to be included in item of rate.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size & capacity with MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps,Icu 35 KA MCCBs thermal magnetic release, with overload protection & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size & capacity with MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps,Icu 36 KA MCCBs thermal magnetic release, with overload protection & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply & laying of HT Electro mat insulating conforming to IS 15652-2006 CPRI tested and certified pastable type, permanently fixed smooth trolley moment, moisture proof, fire retardant 3mm thick, all as specified & directed. Make: Electromat/Sentex.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead 32X6mm size by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of galvanised iron and 32mm x 6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade 40 mm bore including provision off 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade pipe 20mm dia for watering of suitable length placed on the TOP edge of earth plate,common salt and charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funel,wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 50 mtr complete plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earth test point indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assembly using stay rod of 20 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in EP No.1 of SSR 1991 Part I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4 mm complete all as specified. Note-: Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Loop type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement lightning arrestor (set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including taking down old arrestors of any type, shape and size and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09m long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting/trimming tree branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 2.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree/branches at places, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Wood/ PCC/steel tubular pole with new Steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long ), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply, install,commissioning & testing busbar box of factory fabricated prewired bus bar, cubical type of appropriate size of 60cm x 45cm x 30 cm out door dust vermin proof, made out of 40x40x6mm angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arrangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level),Panel embedded in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar, complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge to accommodate the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 160 A 25KA - 1 No (Make:- Hager) Cat part No.HDA161Z with X160 frame MCCB fixed overload, fixed short circuitbreaking capacity.

(b) Copper bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour RYB . Note :- (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles. (iii) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands. (iv) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles. (v) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands.

Supply & fix in replacement of auto/manual time switch with all fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Power contactor 100 FP Amps all fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Connector 100 amps 415 volts all fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Control fuse 10 amps all fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and rewinding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after restretching, connecting jumpers adjusting line dividers etc and cutting/trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
