The bidders are requested to ensure compliance of the following points of check checklist while bidding against this tender. 1. Whether the requisite amount toward the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (wherever applicable) has been paid online. 2. Whether documents pertaining to the number of years in the operations by way of the Company establishment certificate and the company's work order copy/agreement copy/completion certificate, etc., as proof of operation are attached. 3. Whether documents pertaining to the size of the workforce by way of EPFO challan/bank account statement in support of available manpower (duly submitted to EPFO) in respect of the previous four quarters preceding the date of opening of bid should be submitted in support of their qualification are attached. 4. Whether all the relevant documents pertaining to the composition of the firm, e.g., Partnership, Proprietary, PSU, JV, Govt. Department, or Pvt. Limited has been attached. 5. Whether the List of work completed with all the relevant information regarding the same as per the tender document during the qualifying period has been attached. 6. Whether the list of ongoing work with all the relevant information regarding the same as per the tender document has been attached. 7. Whether the list of Plant and Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work has been attached. 8. Whether the list of personnel, organization chart available on hand has been attached. 9. Whether the firm's authorization by way of a copy of the Power of Attorney, if applicable, has been attached. 10. Whether the supporting document claiming any sort of exemption for the MSE firm is attached. 11. Whether all the relevant certificates, e.g., GST registration, EPF registration, ESIC registration, firm's registration, PAN no., etc., have been attached. Note: Tenderers are requested to study the Tender Document carefully for details of eligibility criteria, compliances, and documents required to be attached with their offer. The bidders are required to make payment toward the Earnest Money Deposit against this tender through online payment modes like net banking, debit/credit cards, etc., available on the www.ireps.gov.in portal. No other mode of payment shall be accepted. However, MSEs registered with District Industries Centres, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Khadi and Village Industries Board, CoirBoard, National Small Industries Corporation, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, any other body specified by the Ministry of MSME or Start-ups as recognized by the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion shall be exempted from payment of minimum EMD detailed in the bid on confirmation of their evidence to this effect. In case of non-submission of EMD, wherever applicable, or in case of rejection of the claim for exemption of the same due to invalid supporting document submitted, the offer will be summarily rejected.
