The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be fitted with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in single piece as in window cill, stairscase etc including 2 Nos grooves and bullnosed edges to be provided at the edges of steps complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of wall of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor incl all quoins, archs, pillars,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved by E-in-C's Br by adding: (a) 15mm thick rendering CM (1:4) with Liquid water proofing compound 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement . The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polylmer modified cementitious composite compund @ 0.126 kg/sqm including jointing of CI pipe with WC and floor trap. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs including complete removal of old treatment to sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) Provn of 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-1 as top layer including provn of spout with 40mm dia UPVC pipe upto 30cm with water tight joint from the external surface of wall and filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 as lean concrete up to required level as specified

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces, platered or unplastered, of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes 150mm dia (internal) after these are laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipes 150mm bore class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F climate protect water thermal tank cover / jacket for Hot & Cold wheather for 1000Ltr water tank. The cover should be environmental friendly made with 5 layers heavy duty nylon velcro straps belt for tighten the tank and made of supportive forming technology complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections incl facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to carried out before primer and paint application.

M & L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm to 1.5mm over the plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps : - Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2 : Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a max pressure 3300 PSI Step 3 : Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of Scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is included in this item. (c) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film is included in quoted rate of this item (d) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove & clear all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor glasses & joinery, mats etc included in quoted rate.

Note : (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to carried before primer and paint application. M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted/10 sqmtrs) diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE.
