Supply of 1.5 TR, 5 star ( ISEER = 5 or more) inverter type Hi-Wall split Air - Conditioner units fitted with copper wound motor, hermetically sealed rotary type compressor operating on 230V ± 5% ,50Hz supply with evaporator & condensing unit having copper coil including remote control, refrigerant piping of suitable size between Indoor and Outdoor units with nitrile insulation as per OEM standards and required size drain piping upto 3 mtrs with nitrile insulation (6mm thick) etc., complete as per technical specifications as required.

Supply of LED Recessed Down lighter made of die cast aluminimum housing with polycarbonate /PMMA/polystyrene diffuser , CCT- 5700K to 6500 K, capable of providing a nominal lumen output of not less than 1200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100lm/W, CRI ≥80, PF ≥0.95, and an operating Voltage Range of 140 - 270V. Internal Surge Protection ≥ 2KV, SDCM <5 , etc complete with 5 Year manfacturer warranty from the certified date of completion of work and complying with relevant IS with upto date amendments and technichical specifications in the tender document as required .

Supply of LED Recessed tiltable COB spot light with system power 7.5 W or better made of Extruded aluminium/High pressure die cast aluminium/standard alloy with CCT-2700K to 3000 K, capable of providing a nominal lumen output of not less than 500 lumens suitable for operation on 220 -240 V ,50 Hz AC supply with Internal Surge Protection ≥ 2KV, CRI > 80 etc., complete complying with relevant IS with upto date amendments as required . ( Havells Cat No:UNECOADJDLR8WLED830S24 or equivalent)

Supply of LED type single light white fabric shade antique brass finish decorative Table lamp , CCT- 2700K to 3000K, suitable for operation on 220V-240V , 50 Hz AC supply complying with relevant IS with upto date amendments as required . ( Jaquar Cat No: DTL-ABR-TL-954006 or equivalent)

Supply of portable hand held rechargable emergency LED light of nominal rating 3W or better with Lithium ion battery capable to provide back up time for minimum 1 hour at full intensity suitable for operation on 230V, 50 HZ supply .with detachable power supply cord, on/off switch ,charging indicator etc.,complete as required.

Supply of 4C X 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC Round sheathed, Multi core flexible copper cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 694 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following way Horizontal type , Three pole and neutral ,sheet steel , MCB distribution board ,415V on surface /recess ,complete with tinned copper busbar,neutral busbar, earth bar,din bar, cable end boxes at top and bottom, interconnections , powder painted including earthing etc as required (But without MCBs/RCCB/Isolator ) 4 way ( 4+12 ), Double door

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 16 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, onsurface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of wall mounting type automatic electronic voltage stabilizer suitable for the 1.5 TR split air conditioners mentioned in Item No .1 with an input voltage range of 170V-280V, with high/low voltage cut off, instant start & intelligent time delay etc. complete as required. (Make: V-Guard, Microtek & Everest or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of 40A , four pole, 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB),having a sensitivity current 100 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C"curve, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single Pole

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fanpoint/exhaust fan point/ call bell point ( without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copperconductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class FR PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess includingcutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25 mm dia

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulatedcopper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 3x 1.5 Sq mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 3x 4 Sq mm

Installation, Testing and commisssioning of 1.5 Tr Split Airconditining units i/c fixing of Indoor and Outdoor units , providingand fixing duly painted MS stand for Outdoor units, making cabling interconnections, laying/ fixing of drain piping and refrigerant piping, wrapped with white cotton roll of suitable size including associated minor civil works as per site condition complete etc as required

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED down lighter fittings by making suitable cutouts on the metal grid false ceiling with required mounting accessories including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Providing additional refrigerant piping suitable for Item No.1 with minimum 6 mm nitrile insulation/as per OEM standards for both suction & discharge lines with necessary clamps , supports etc., on wall/ surface/ cable tray complete as required.

Providing and fixing additional PVC Drain piping (medium class) of size suitable for item No .1 with minimum 6 mm nitrile insulation for 1.5 TR inverter type Split AC units complete with all accessories including necessary clamps , supports etc . on surface/wall/cable tray complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
