COMPREHENSIVE MAINT WORK SERVICES AT AFS JAFFARPORE UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity- 12.50 Kg/sqm with mid span deflection n. exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long of size- 24x38mm x 0.25mm thick, cross tee of section size- 24x27mm x 0.25mm thick 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle of section size 22x22mm x 0.4mm thick. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in pre-cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmx600mm. Additional cross tee of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6mm dia G.I. wire from perlins/soffits. 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (density> 1200kg/cum, modules of rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 Mpa, thermal conductivity (k)-0.0872 W/mk) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming to IS 14862 & type B catagory III of ISO 8336-1993, (Reaction of fire-A2 -s1-d0) tested as per EN 13501 Part-I & BS-476 part-4, 5, 6 & 7, should be placed in the grid module to form a false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Repair / adjusting aluminium door for holding in position to shutters in frame including replacing of old damaged adjusting bolts,cleats, rubber gas- kits, screws and aluminium sections less than 1kg for each shutters and making proper functionable to aluminium doors shutter exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
