S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete incl pintel hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, including taking down old steel gates.

M&L for painting of steel surface of any description exc over 10cm in width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl. preparation of new steel surfaces complete.

All as per item No 02 above but not exc. 10 cm girth or width.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not other wise described provided for complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood or steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfaces.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in fdn, filling/mass concrete

S&F MS angle Iron as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O

S&F MS work conforming to Fe 310-O as in FI fillets for securing chain link fencing, angle iron horns, posts, etc cut to length bent to shape with necessary cuts, drilling holes etc all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing of MS GI wire mesh, 3mm dia of GI wire mesh up to into mattresses or cages lapped wired incl. staple etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any mesh size/any type incl. link wire to any type of standard rails/supports etc & straining bolt etc incl. provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Supply only ms round bar 10mm dia conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as line wire for chain link fencing. Note : Cutting to length, bent to shape required including binding with MS wire is included in item No. 12 here in before.

S&F mild steel, screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of shank 11 to 15mm all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on concrete surfaces/ RCC jallies over priming with alkali resistant priming including preparation of new concrete surfaces.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and in shelves, drain covers Incl form work and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or scuring with clips

Demolition brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 21 above but except stone.

Extra over item 22 & 23 for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonary, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:3.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains/concrete filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in conrete filling/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing to steel gates by welding, replacing the ball bearings, hinges for smooth functioning of gates.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rubberised Chequered cement concrete tiles (in any shade) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. complete

M&L for provding and fixing machine made factory precast coloured rubberised concrete block interlocking paver tiles of min 60mm thick with 6mm top of antiabrasive material M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning/filling under floor including watering and consolidation

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in block masonry/ coping to sides of path with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone block set in cement mortar 1:6, complete

Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down of steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds mass and efforescent salt and treating oil greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm grith or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
