Material and Labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Supply & fix granite stone 10-15mm thick of any type (table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs pillars, window cill, cooking platform and like in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement complete all as specified and ditected.

Material and Labour 18-20mm thick for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring in one colour over 20 mm thick over CM 1:4 screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as spd and directed

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8-9 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18 here in above but as in skirting and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat with shutter n. exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame 75x50 mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/Cum from ISO certified company door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity all as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick WPC factory made 100% solid designer flush door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire etardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for powder coated Aluminium partition (Fixed) made out of aluminium powder coated section 44 x 44 x 1 mm including 4 mm thick glass/ACP Sheet/SS wire guage complete with rubber packing/aluminum beading etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material and Labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar work/places, laid in alternate bays and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement and demolition of existing old cement concrete of plinth protection in ground floor and paving below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.
