Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with :

4.0 mm thick glass panes.

Sub-Head : Roofing

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Sub-Head : Finishing

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (Two or more coats) .

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Re-lettering with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : MARKET RATED ITEMS

Removing honey bee nest from outside face of wall, chajja of building with all safety precaution as per direction of EIC.

Repairing to aluminium partition or door shutter (openable or sliding) by opening all joints, cutting the members to required length, providing and fixing aluminium angle cleat of 5mm thickness, rearranging the pivots etc. for smooth operation of the Aluminium doors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Uprooting/Removing trees and plants from roof and walls of any height by uprooting the same with application of acid i/c making good the damages with CP/CC1:2:4 as per requirement all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Trimming of trunks & branches of trees as required taking all precautions including disposal of rubbish in the minicipal dumping ground etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & engaging unskilled labour along with T&P for cleaning of roof, chajja, rain water pipe mouth, shaft, drains & removing trees & plants etc as & when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Easing & adjusting of door/window shutter for free movement of the same by making necessary repairs to shutter & frame all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
