Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description over concrete padding of any thickness etc. from roof including finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc) and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Top Coat System Surface Preparation: All loose and de-bonded concrete/ screed shall be removed and proper repairing to be carried with polymer modified mortar. Terrace water proofing: Clean the receiving roof surface with pressure water. All loose particles, dirt & rub down to original hard surface.

Repair to screed cracks: Inspect for cracks over roof screed, roof wall junction, water drain inlets / outlets if any, and clean and moisten them. Crack’s width more than 0.5 mm having shrinkage crack up to 5mm width should be wide up to 5-6 mm with mechanical cutting machine and should be filled with PMM mortar admix with (volume) Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement. Fill all larger cracks more than 5 mm with polyurethane flexible sealant Dr. Fixit PU Sealant. Through and through cracks on the slab must be identified visually or by ponding which are more than 1mm and are visible on the RCC ceiling as well on the screed top and having drip leakages should be treated with PU sealant. Cut open the crack in square or U-groove manner up to minimum 6 mm size by mechanical cutter. Clean the groove with air blower to remove dust, dirt etc. Fill the cracks with Dr. Fixit PU Sealant after necessary cleaning.

Repairing loose screed: Breaking / removing loose roof screed after sound test hammering / Stagnant water due to undulation in the roof surface should be marked and repaired with PMM admix with (volume) Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3. Matching as per existing screed / plaster thickness in patches, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and application of bond coat before PMM treatment.

Waterproofing: Apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Prime seal primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 8.0 – 10.0 / Sq.mt / Litre in the SSD condition. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Select without dilution at the rate of 2 sq . mt per liter . Laying a 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 6-8 hours before applying the 2nd coat. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Select with the same application coverage. Application direction of second coat should be perpendicular to that of the first coat. Check to see no void surface is left uncoated with second coat. Allow second coat to dry for 6-8 hours. Apply third coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select at an application direction that is perpendicular to that of the second coat with same application coverage rate. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated. All coats should be applied in direction perpendicular to each other. Air cure the coating for 7 days. System comes with 10 years waterproofing warranty . For vertical surfaces and parapet walls should be enveloped & coated / painted with Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select Waterproof coating system. Note – Coating should be terminated below the drip mould on the vertical surface

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour for WPC fluted wall panels of approved make, colour, shade, texture and design, manufactured from good quality rigid WPC material, UV resistant and termite/water resistant, having uniform fluted/grooved decorative surface finish, of approved thickness and profile, suitable for internal wall panelling including necessary clips, brackets and approved screws/fasteners for fixing to wall surface, with all joints, corners and edges neatly finished. The panels shall be fixed true to line, level and plumb over the prepared wall surface, including cutting, drilling, trimming, making necessary openings and adjustments around electrical points, switches, sockets etc, The item shall include all necessary accessories, mouldings, trims, end caps, joint profiles, adhesives, sealants, screws, fasteners for complete installation as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed.
